Reflex First Aid Training is based in the South West of England.

We specialise in many aspects of first aid training, manual handling and health & safety.

Training courses are conducted in a relaxed and friendly manner and can be tailored to individual companies requirements on your own premises, at a place and time to suit yourselves.

We are also happy to provide training in the evenings or at weekends to minimise disruption to your workforce.
