Payment must be made in advance of the course start date. A 20% deposit is required as confirmation of booking.

If you need to cancel your booking please let us know as soon as possible, as we hold waiting lists for all courses and may be able to offer your place to another person. No refunds will be given. However, if you give us at least two weeks’ notice you will be allowed to transfer to another course within the same academic year.

Certificates should be sent out within 3 weeks of course completion assuming appropriate payment has been received.
