This course as required by OFSTED covers the main subjects including childhood illnesses; croup, convulsions, sickle cell disease, meningitis, etc. The course is subject to ongoing assessment. Certificates are valid for 3 years.

This course can either be run over four evenings or two days. It is suitable for staff of playschools, nurseries, childcarers, creches etc.
