This is an evening/short day course to enable new or experienced parents to understand the importance of acting quickly in first aid situations.

If your child is choking are you able to help? If your baby is not responding to you, do you know how to protect them? Are you able to recognise the signs of childhood illnesses; croup, convulsions, sickle cell disease, meningitis?

The course is basic and very easy to understand and gives confidence and practice in current first aid techniques. Certificates are valid for 3 years.
